While you're driving, you can state the job details, and it generates a quote based on the figures you provide, then presents it for your approval before sending it to the customer. Once the customer gives the green light, it prepares the invoice for dispatch. Should payment be delayed, it drafts a reminder for you to send out. You can also schedule jobs in your calendar by speaking, and if you take a photo of a receipt, it will automatically categorize the expense related to the job.
