TradePA serves as a personal AI assistant dedicated to managing jobs for tradespeople in the UK. You simply communicate your needs to your assistant, and it takes care of everything else. While you're driving, you can state the job details, and it generates a quote based on the figures you provide, then presents it for your approval before sending it to the customer. Once the customer gives the green light, it prepares the invoice for dispatch. Should payment be delayed, it drafts a reminder for you to send out. You can also schedule jobs in your calendar by speaking, and if you take a photo of a receipt, it will automatically categorize the expense related to the job. Important certificates like EICR, EIC, Minor Works, and Landlord Gas Safety can be completed using voice commands on-site and signed directly on the screen. Customers have the convenience of paying via a card link. The assistant features two voices, Cara and Dave, which can be activated with specific wake words, and you have the option to type if you prefer. You can interact with your PA in a conversational manner, similar to how you would with a human assistant. This service is specifically designed for sole traders and small businesses with one to three employees who prefer focusing on their trade rather than handling administrative tasks.
