It also includes tools for general management, a back-office interface, and a credit card processing system, allowing for automated email confirmations of reservations. Additionally, it connects seamlessly with internet reservation platforms, enables scanning of driver's licenses, and processes credit cards through an online gateway. The system automatically posts phone calls to guest folios and can export data to QuickBooks for accounting purposes. Owners and hotel managers can remotely access the hotel’s computer from their home offices, and the software offers customizable, professional-grade color forms that feature the hotel’s logo, name, address, phone number, and website.
