Description

We are pleased to offer a complimentary consultation covering HR, Attendance, Payroll, and Tax PPh21 during our Business Process Requirement Meeting with your HRD Team. Prior to scheduling this meeting, we will provide you with a Business Process Requirement Document for completion by you and your HRD. Once this document is filled out, we will visit your office to assess and comprehend your specific needs. Based on our extensive experience and expertise, we will propose tailored solutions to address your challenges. Before the Installation and Implementation phase, a kickoff meeting will be arranged to finalize the project team, establish the timeline, and discuss any outstanding issues. The Implementation Phase will be divided into several milestones, including Data Gathering (where we will supply a straightforward Excel template), Training (where our team will come to your office for hands-on training), User Acceptance Testing (to ensure everything operates smoothly), and the Live System (where we will assist you during your initial system operation). Additionally, you will receive one year of complimentary support, with an option to continue with a maintenance subscription thereafter. Throughout this entire process, our commitment is to ensure that your transition is as seamless and effective as possible.
