TableLink handles reservations, waitlist and floor plan for independent, full service restaurants and small groups.
It runs on a real time floor plan with table joins and saved layouts. Reservations come through a branded online booking page, and live availability is also exposed through an MCP server, so it is bookable directly inside ChatGPT and Claude. An iPad kiosk covers guest check in and the waitlist. A guest CRM keeps visit history and a reliability score per phone number, and SMS plus email confirmations and reminders go out automatically, with SMS covering the US and Canada.
New: guest deposits and card on file holds, on Pro plans and above, with rules by party size, day, holiday and date range, and a host can waive one and note why. Local Team Sync keeps the iPads and phones at a restaurant synced with each other, so the floor plan and check ins keep working through an internet outage.
