Reservations come through a branded online booking page, and live availability is also exposed through an MCP server, so it is bookable directly inside ChatGPT and Claude. An iPad kiosk covers guest check in and the waitlist. A guest CRM keeps visit history and a reliability score per phone number, and SMS plus email confirmations and reminders go out automatically, with SMS covering the US and Canada.
