Description
PatchDesk merges a collaborative customer-support inbox with a team-oriented issue tracker. Team members can effectively manage customer inquiries by assigning and prioritizing tickets, adding internal comments, establishing service-level goals, and utilizing macros for standardized responses. If a ticket identifies a bug or requires further engineering attention, it can seamlessly transition into an issue within the same system; these issues are equipped with statuses, priorities, comments, and followers for enhanced tracking. Additionally, a customized customer portal enables users to submit requests without the need for account creation, with updates conveniently delivered via email. The service offers features like role-based access, multi-factor authentication, CSV import and export capabilities, and supports unlimited tickets and bugs, alongside a 14-day trial period that provides full access without requiring credit card details. The subscription fee is set at $7 for each active user per month. Furthermore, PatchDesk facilitates connections with compatible AI clients through a remote MCP server and personal tokens, enabling authorized actions on both issues and tickets while enhancing overall team efficiency. This comprehensive approach ensures that customer support and engineering teams remain synchronized and responsive to client needs.
Description
Xupport is a cloud-based helpdesk solution that consolidates live chat, incoming emails, public form submissions, and, for Growth and Scale users, Slack messages into a unified inbox represented as numbered tickets. Teams have the capability to assign these tickets, oversee their status and tags, snooze or merge conversations, track service-level agreements, gauge customer satisfaction, and analyze various metrics. Additionally, the help center offers support for Markdown articles along with the option for a custom hostname. An AI assistant is available to provide answers based on published help articles and can escalate conversations to a human when necessary; teams also have the flexibility to disable the assistant if they prefer. Moreover, the platform features a customer ticket link, a public REST API, and signed webhooks across all plans. Xupport operates on a per-workspace pricing model and caters to sectors such as customer support, ecommerce, SaaS, agencies, IT, and startups. This versatile tool is designed to enhance team productivity and improve customer engagement effectively.
