To realize these ambitions, the Institut for Bildungsevaluation, the University of Zurich (IBE), and the Dutch assessment organization Cito have been tasked with outlining the comprehensive requirements for the new educational framework. In this initiative, IBE and Cito identified an extensive range of needs necessary to revamp the educational landscape for Swiss children aged 4 to 13, which ultimately led to the creation of the innovative e-learning platform, Mindsteps.
