It needs some improvements to work on a financial payment system that matches the offers presented to students.

Summary: Overall, I am very happy with this database. I like how easy it is to use the filters and customize your account.

Negative: - There are still a few unnecessary fields that are not needed for our business.
- Can search by name but not ID number
- Doesn't really have enough for the immigration section. They have fields for the student visa and study permit, but not separate boxes for different types of visas and study permits. There is also no section for if students have an eTA (Electronic Travel Authorization) or if they are a resident with Permanent Residence.

Negative: I've been using Classter for a while now . Overall it's all good! However, it's worth noting that there are some features within Classter that could benefit from a bit more flexibility. In some instances, we've encountered situations where the software's rigid structure made it slightly challenging to adapt to unique organizational requirements. Greater flexibility in these areas would make the platform even more accommodating to the diverse needs of educational institutions.

Summary: Classter is a good system to learn and implement but it has its own pros and cons but still overall Classter helps us get better view of the finances and understand what our next step should be.

Positive: Classter is easy to understand and helps have better understanding of the finances of the company. Classter helps information with ease , helps calculate certain percentage of amounts with ease.

Negative: Classter still needs to work a little on the receipts for the payments received.

Summary: Classter is a nice database, user friendly, and well designed. Still need more training to be able to manage it in a faster and productive way.

Positive: It facilitates the overall admission process and data recording. It is also friendly to use. The design is nice and simple.

Negative: It takes time to see information, which makes it slow at times. There should be a column for evidencing if the student has an agent or is a retailer (Agency/retail).

Summary: It is a very nice database for schools but it needs to have more advanced features that can facilitate the admission process.

Summary: I would be 100% satisfied if it generates agent receipt. I am not sure why Classter doesn't have the ability as it can create agent invoice.

Summary: Overall, Classter is great! Easy to use and friendly. As kinks are being worked out and new sections are being added, I think it will continue to improve and add value to each position.

My confidence in the safety and accuracy of the student information, attendance, grades, etc, has greatly improved and I am looking forward to finalizing our current developments and exploring more of what Classter has to offer.

Positive: As an administrator, I enjoy the ease of access to student files from any page and that the majority of the students information can be accessed through their student profile (cards). I have also enjoyed working with the Classter team as they are experts at what they do.

Negative: As an administrator, I have found there to be a steep learning curve to understand and complete elements of the configuration. It has also taken time and trial and error to figure out the best processes and finalize some developments for our school.
