Positive: System is highly independent, all of the features that it has. No issues were encountered for quite a few months already.

What I like most is how the data is being stored as it only requires small amount of data per user.

Negative: I don't see any negative feedback for this system.

Summary: There are different type of management things this tool is capable of, and the best among them that we use is to generate reports of different sections of students independently. The search option is a great feature of this tool which we use frequently to get details of some particular students who passes a test or participates in a scholarship exam to provide the reward. There are other things too which we use the tool for , and mainly of them are related to management, basically this tool has made all our management work easy.

Positive: MySchool SIS comes with a decent user interface with almost zero knowledge on programming to operate this tool. It has made our institute data management a quite easy task. It provides detailed reports on every section uniquely through which we can differentiate the results between one course to another. The integration with other important software is quite easy.

Negative: There isn't a lot to describe in this particular section as this is the best tool that we ever used for our institution's data management.

Summary: I really like how we are able to handle all the college data simply without getting confused and making mistakes.

Positive: What really attracted me with is the organized management of the college data, it's really impressive how much you can accomplish with this software.

Negative: They could've made the user interface much easier but it's not much of a problem.

Summary: Support of the system is very approachable and you can easily create service request for any possible issues or questions that you have.

Positive: System is immersive in providing adequate customization for administrators. Considering the customization, the system is already flawless by default. Unlike other systems, features are easily laid out on the left navigation bar. Best feature is the records management as we have hundreds of enrolled people and we can easily look up the needed information.

Negative: The reporting takes some time to extract. So far no bugs encountered.

Summary: Overall, the internal team and technical support are highly capable in resolving your issues. That is the important part of considering a product in general.

Positive: Simplicity of the system is what makes it unique. Most school system have a lot of nitty gritty to choose from. MySchool SIS will show you what you need to see and accomplish.

No service interruption considering this is over the cloud.

Negative: Had a hard time exporting the needed reports but I think it's because of the internet connection of the host so you need to consider that.

Summary: Features includes enrollment system, grading system, report generation and basically what you need as an educational company / institute. We managed to implement on more than 10k students and system is doing great.

Positive: System is genuinely good and straightforward in handling school related services. What I like about this is how the data are always available when needed. We've exported several records from 10,000 users and no issues were encountered.

Negative: Nothing to comment about the cons of the system as there are none.

Summary: This system is very good and has a great future ahead. The support is very friendly and technical in dealing with the case.

Positive: I am a school IT admin assigned to setup this system in the school that I supported. The system primarily focuses on the management system of organizational records and course management.

What I like about it is that this is very straightforward to setup with minimal issues (integration with 3rd party) in which support has easily provided solution.

Feature wise, schools will find this beneficial if they want to proceed with the self service of enrollment for students.

Negative: A little issue was encountered during integration of emails. When I was creating our txt records for the system to accept our email domains but this will be easy to resolve as it only took at least 10 mins before support helped us resolve.

Summary: Overall, MySchool is a powerful tool that houses almost all data/information needed to keep things smooth sailing within our organization. It is very simple and easy to use, hence integration is made more efficient with this tool. Would definitely recommend MySchool to others in the industry.

Positive: What I like most about MySchool is that it is very straightforward, simple, and easy to use. Being so, it does not require a steep learning curve and so it can easily be integrated into any school's/organization's business processes. Aside from this, I love how responsive and hands-on its customer service/support team is. It helps a lot to have a good support team in order to easily troubleshoot errors and address questions.

Negative: I think what MySchool can improve on the most is customizability and scalability. Would help if the tool will be more flexible in allowing users to create and customize reports of different kinds. Other than that, perhaps a regular improvement or update in terms of interface would also be helpful.

Summary: As mobility increases with the easing of health restrictions, this system is a perfect tool for educational institutions to revamp their management system and tools.

Positive: What's great with this system is its capability to provide adequate resources to function as a whole school records system.

Admissions and enrollments is very straightforward forward even to new students & professors.

Grade reporting and attendance is very accessible (one of our IT managed to do API call via an in house mobile app for the attendance).

Negative: The support of the system is always on point in dealing with issues raised by the team thus I cannot provide negative feedback as of the moment.

Summary: The record management is quite promising with the potential to be well known worldwide. I recommend to further improve reach by doing partnership with schools and universities.

Positive: What I like with the school management system is the ability to handle huge queries from our personnel especially during our exam and grading week.

We have at least 50+ teachers doing grading and recording but no one encountered an issue.

Negative: I did not find any relevant negative feedback with the system although greatly improve the user interface for new users to easily understand the system.

Summary: This is very useful for admin of school organizations. It helps a lot in making work more efficient and productive, especially in terms of management of school records.

Positive: The system is very useful in saving transcript of records and student records for all modules of each subjects.

Negative: I honestly don't see any negative aspect with the system as it is already perfect.

Positive: MySchool is a SIS system that is designed for effective Learning Institution Records Management System. What I like best with the system is how intuitive it is in handling search request and records of students.

Negative: Further improve the customization of the interface for users that are old enough that cannot adapt the new technology.

Negative: Even though the system has its own use cases to follow, I suggest to provide an article or document what else can be done to further add value to the system.
