Mindcat Surveys serves as a platform for gathering customer feedback and conducting surveys at physical service sites, enabling organizations to collect insights efficiently. Teams can generate QR-code surveys that customers access via their smartphones, allowing them to respond in either Arabic or English without the need for app downloads. As responses come in, dashboards provide real-time data on satisfaction levels, user comments, reasons for ratings, and trends specific to various branches. This system is particularly tailored for multi-location service centers, governmental offices, clinics, universities, and other services that interact with the public. Start by collecting data on paper forms. Then scan the data to extract it using modern AI recognition technology. You can design your survey online with our survey creator and personalize it as you wish. There are 12 question types available and you can choose from a variety of text formatting options. Once you're satisfied with the survey design it's time for you to print the copies. Each page of your survey will be identified with a unique identifier if it has more than one page. This will make scanning and recognition easier and prevent duplicate uploads. Now you can distribute the forms and get feedback from your respondents. Now scan the pages. Once the files are scanned, you can upload them onto PaperSurvey.io. It doesn't matter if the page order or rotation is important. It will be detected automatically. You can either analyze the survey results online, or export the data file in CSV, Excel, or SPSS format for further analysis.

You pay per survey editor per month. A survey editor is anyone who signs in during the month to build surveys, send invitations or read results. The people who answer never count: there are no per-response or per-survey fees. Each band’s price applies only to the editors inside it.
