WebFirst serves as RTI's eCRM solution designed for both customers and partners, offering a web-based platform where users can tap into a repository of solutions for frequently encountered issues, monitor the progress of ongoing incidents, and submit new support requests. This system streamlines communication, accelerates the reporting process, and grants access to essential information and assistance at all hours, alleviating the need for additional staffing costs. With appropriate access permissions, customers can view a selected range of information that is typically reserved for internal staff, allowing for tailored visibility and interaction. Users have the ability to see their own active and recently resolved incidents, enabling them to track their status and optionally provide updates or messages related to those incidents.
