Compare LabelEstimate vs. LabelRight

LabelEstimate offers a complimentary online tool for estimating the costs associated with label printing for both printers and converters. Users can input specifics such as label dimensions, the number of labels across, repeat length, and the material cost per square meter, allowing them to create a detailed job based on machine passes for various printing methods, including flexo, digital inkjet, or toner. Additionally, users can specify ink coverage and incorporate various processes like priming, foil application (both hot and cold), screen printing, varnishing, lamination, embossing, die-cutting, and slitting. Each printing pass can be customized with parameters such as speed, setup time, waste during setup, and spoilage, with losses factored into the overall material and press time calculations. Users can also include one-off costs for plates, dies, and prepress work, as well as expenses for packing, shipping, overhead, markup, and a baseline price. A comparative price table displays costs for five different quantities, detailing the price per 1,000 labels along with a comprehensive cost breakdown. Users can export professionally branded quotes in up to 33 languages, and the platform's interface accommodates nine languages, offering measurements in either millimeters or inches and supporting any currency. You have the option to estimate as a guest or register for a free account, which allows for the saving of estimates, materials, presses, customers, and notes for future reference, making the process more efficient and organized.
