GUEST FEEDBACK

Should the scores be unsatisfactory, an immediate alert is sent to management prior to the guest's departure, while positive feedback encourages guests to leave a public review.

The platform features real-time GCS™ data, a daily morning briefing, a staff leaderboard, and a Reputation Gap report that contrasts guest evaluations with staff self-assessments, all without the need for a PMS or a demonstration call.
