Description

Central Integration actively monitors the main system, documenting phone calls with comprehensive logs. Furthermore, guest identification information is automatically submitted to local authorities, covering both police and gendarmerie requirements. During check-in, room keys are generated automatically and canceled upon check-out, ensuring a smooth process for guests. All financial activities can be reported, and the Channel Manager is fully integrated, allowing availability updates across various channels while automatically retrieving reservations. This integration not only streamlines operations but also enhances the overall guest experience by ensuring that all processes are efficient and well-documented.
