Description
Elevate your sales, enhance customer experiences, and streamline operational efficiency with our innovative inventory management software, HALO. Leveraging advanced cloud technology, HALO integrates over 15 years of expertise in implementing RFID for item-level traceability in global retail, providing a highly adaptable solution that allows for swift RFID deployment without the hassle of added infrastructure. Typically, RFID has demonstrated the potential for a return on investment within 12 months or less, as it improves inventory precision, expedites goods handling, resolves discrepancies swiftly, and accelerates stock movements. HALO empowers retailers to meticulously track each RFID-tagged product from its manufacturing origin right through to its retail destination, featuring modules specifically designed to guide you through the process. This SKU-level visibility allows retailers and brands to optimize every item in their inventory, irrespective of its physical location or the method through which the customer purchases it. Ultimately, HALO not only refines inventory management but also fosters a deeper connection between retailers and their customers, driving growth and satisfaction across the board.
Description
TallyFlow Asset Tracking System by SDG Systems is a versatile cloud-based solution that offers optional onsite support for overseeing and managing physical assets, tools, inventories, containers, and work-in-process through the use of RFID technologies (both UHF and NFC), barcodes, sensors, and images. By employing strategically located RFID antennas and readers alongside mobile devices, it provides users with real-time or nearly real-time insight into asset locations and movements; users can tag items, establish zones, and track the passage of items through these designated areas, facilitating various workflows such as check-in/check-out processes, inventory audits, and monitoring work-in-process within manufacturing environments. The system is equipped with features including timestamps, search capabilities for locations, defect tracking, comprehensive analytics, detailed reporting, and integration through REST APIs, while also addressing compliance needs like food traceability as per FSMA Section 204 using GS1 standards. Essential hardware components include RFID readers, antennas, tags, and a controller, while the software is accessible via a web browser and mobile applications, ensuring flexibility in asset management. This combination of features and technologies empowers organizations to enhance their operational efficiency and asset visibility.
