    Outstanding POS Software & Customer Support

    Summary: T1 has an awesome POS. The customer service is absolutely outstanding. We are very thankful for T1.

    Positive: Being new to the industry, we searched for the best cloud based POS FFL Software and Credit Card Processing. Trident1 also has Shooting Range capabilities (also, in our future). The staff & support at Trident1 is "Outstanding". We also liked the option of having Trident1 come on site to do our training. Trident1 is also integrated with FastBound's FFL software for A & D and Electronic 4473 transactions. All of us at Joey Guns highly recommends Trident1

    Best POS / Inventory System on the market

    Summary: I worked on the automotive side for years before purchasing a gun store. I hated that I had to have multiple programs to take care of one person's vehicle. It was cumbersome and prone to errors. When I purchased the shop, I wanted a system that would allow me and my staff and "one-stop shop." Something that would keep my inventory, place orders, transfer firearms, process 4473's, do gunsmithing, ranges, memberships, and Point of Sale. Trident 1 gives me exactly that. The system is simple to train new employees on, and the customer service is beyond what I've ever experienced. If we run into an issue, John is quick to help me solve the problem. Hands down, the easiest system I've ever worked with.
