Description
Gravity serves as a personal note-taking application that enables users to effortlessly capture and review brief thoughts on devices such as iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Android. It organizes notes in a single chronological feed, positioning the newest entries at the top while older ones descend as fresh notes are added; this allows users to easily retrieve important notes back to the forefront. The app includes features like search functionality, Markdown support, checklists, text-prefix tags, archiving options, and the ability to export notes in either JSON or Markdown formats. Functioning offline, it securely saves notes locally, while the versions for iPhone, iPad, and Mac offer the option to sync via the user’s iCloud account for added convenience. Additionally, a macOS command-line tool is available, allowing users to search, add, edit, archive, import, and export notes, making it ideal for scripting or AI applications. Gravity is tailored specifically for personal note-taking and review, distinguishing itself from collaborative team environments and organized project knowledge bases. By focusing on individual usage, it provides a streamlined experience for those who prefer to maintain their thoughts privately.
Description
OlympTest Manager is a complimentary desktop tool designed for efficient manual test execution in a structured manner. It caters to the needs of QA engineers, developers, and release managers who seek a streamlined workflow that avoids the clutter of spreadsheets and plain text documents.
Users can either import existing TEST_SCENARIO.md files to quickly create a comprehensive test suite filled with application metadata, prerequisites, scenarios, steps, expected results, and checklist items or develop a new suite from the ground up within the application itself.
The Runner view allows users to navigate through scenarios with clear status tracking, enabling each checklist item to be marked as Open, Passed, Wrong, or Skipped. Additionally, users have the flexibility to add notes at any stage to capture findings, identify blockers, or outline follow-up tasks.
Finally, the Reports section offers both a well-structured Markdown format for easy human review and a JSON export option that is suitable for integration with tooling, automation workflows, or long-term storage. This versatility ensures that users can manage their testing processes effectively while having the option to document and share results in various formats.
