Customer and product records can be reused across quotes, orders, delivery notes and invoices. Advance, partial and final invoices support work billed in stages. Incoming payments are entered manually; the app shows open balances and supports payment reminders.
PDF, ZUGFeRD and XRechnung exports are included. Both the interface and invoice documents are available in English and German.
