InvoPlanner Description
InvoPlanner is a web app for self-employed people and small teams who need to prepare quotes and invoices. Customer and product records can be reused across quotes, orders, delivery notes and invoices. Advance, partial and final invoices support work billed in stages. Incoming payments are entered manually; the app shows open balances and supports payment reminders.
PDF, ZUGFeRD and XRechnung exports are included. Both the interface and invoice documents are available in English and German.
Starter is free on an ongoing basis for one user, up to four customers and five invoices per month. Registration does not require a credit card. Paid plans begin at EUR 4 per month, with higher limits and plan-dependent options for recurring invoices, scheduled emails, reports and multiple users.
