Compare Filio vs. Reconstruct

Filio helps construction and inspection teams connect what they captured, where they captured it and the report they need to deliver. Its Data Collector mobile app records photos, video, 360 media, documents and voice observations; the Web Console organizes the shared project record and produces customizable PDF and Word reports. Capture on a project map, blueprint or plan sheet and retain available GPS, date, time, direction, elevation, weather and captured-by information. Walking uses Smart SLAM + AR after plan-sheet calibration to place photos along a site walk, including supported offline workflows. Interior Scan produces 2D floor plans and 3D room representations on compatible devices. Before & After connects earlier and later photos for visual progress review. Photogrammetry supports photo-based 3D reconstruction from suitable source images. Editable AI captions and labels, multilingual voice-to-text, video transcription, tags, custom fields and project-specific AI guidance help teams describe and retrieve evidence. Search records through metadata, maps, plan sheets and timelines. Add annotations and supported measurements, then assemble reusable branded reports with relevant media and spatial context. Company, office, group and project structures let contractors, engineering consultants and inspectors collaborate with controlled permissions. Typical uses include construction progress documentation, QA/QC, roof surveys, insurance evidence and environmental or geotechnical inspections. Supported offline captures sync when connectivity returns.
