Ejentum serves as a structured reasoning framework tailored for agentic AI, enhancing the reliability, auditability, and discipline of LLM agents during intricate or protracted tasks. This innovative tool can be invoked by agents mid-task, facilitating precise cognitive operations tailored to the specific challenges they face, allowing for real-time corrections in reasoning rather than depending solely on static prompts. With the support of Sakana AI’s advanced reasoning framework, Sakana Marlin is capable of scaling inference-time computations, allowing it to engage in up to eight hours of continuous and independent reasoning. Once a research topic is established, it operates autonomously without the need for further human assistance, continuously generating hypotheses, collecting data, browsing the web, and resolving any inconsistencies it encounters.
