Description
Taxbase Signer is a desktop application designed for users to easily apply their Digital Signature Certificates (DSC) to PDF documents and other files. Compatible with any DSC token from authorized vendors in India, this software allows for the signing of various documents such as invoices, contracts, and bills. The Automated File Signer feature ensures that organizations adhere to digital signature regulations, including compliance with the Indian IT ACT 2000 and PKCS#7 standards. Users can customize their signatures by including logos, selecting page positions, and utilizing Time Stamping for Long Term Validation (LTV). Once set up, the application operates without requiring manual intervention, ensuring that every signed document is time-stamped and rendered invalid if altered.
