It seamlessly integrates with other Southern Software products, such as RMS for generating queries and reports, MDS map viewer, and MDIS mobile applications. Furthermore, it establishes a comprehensive audit trail documenting the actions taken during the management of emergency Calls for Service (CFS). The system is also compatible with APCO-Intellicomm, CACH, ProQA, or SmartHorizons for the classification of EMS, Fire, and Police, as well as providing pre-arrival instructions. Additionally, the Multi-Geo lookup control efficiently conducts simultaneous searches across address, MSAG, intersection, and landmark records, ensuring that users can access geo-verified information quickly. This capability not only enhances response accuracy but also streamlines communication between different emergency response teams.
