Crimestar CAD Description

The CrimeStar Computer Aided Dispatch system (CAD) is a powerful command and control process that tracks all calls and activity of field units. This system can be used with the popular CrimeStar records management software (RMS). It is easy to use and drag & drop. The system runs securely within the records management system, giving dispatchers access to all the powerful search options and information in the RMS. Crimestar CAD uses a powerful control panel that supports all types of transactions using either the keyboard or computer mouse. An old command line feature provides experienced dispatchers with the same kind of fast heads down work environment. Multiple large status windows in Crimestar CAD allow dispatchers to see everything at a glance, and can work with any unit at any time.
