In conjunction with ConnectWise, Collabrance has developed a ticketing integration that enables Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to effortlessly transfer tickets between themselves and Collabrance. This integration fosters a more cohesive and efficient collaboration when addressing customer IT issues, allowing both parties to work on the same ticket as necessary. The system ensures that information is consistently replicated, providing a unified view of customer data. A new field has been introduced specifically for the Collabrance Ticket Number, allowing users to monitor and manage customer tickets and activities seamlessly. The secure platform facilitates the sharing of information and insights, significantly reducing errors and confusion by enabling simultaneous work on the same ticket across different systems. Additionally, it automatically updates and shares customer information in real time, including crucial details such as the company name, Collabrance Ticket Number, all relevant notes, configuration name, status, site, and contact information.
