Retrieving updated data from Salesforce.com is remarkably straightforward; simply hit the “Refresh” button, and your data will be instantly current. After making your desired changes, you can send the edited information back to Salesforce with just one click. Additionally, if you manage multiple logins, XL-Connector conveniently stores them, making account switching a breeze, with no restrictions on the number of Salesforce.com organizations you can connect to. Once installed, simply navigate to the XL-Connector tab in your Excel ribbon, log in using your Salesforce ID, and select “Reports”—it truly takes less time to display your real-time data in a familiar Excel interface than it does to describe the process.
