The support is always on the spot quickly and helps extensively and with competent expertise. The many additional modules facilitate the daily work immensely and optimize the own processes. The many help offers and training opportunities help you to quickly and reliably find your way around the software yourself.

Negative: Software has a lot of settings that you have to deal with, but the support is always helpful and there are lots of training offers.

Summary: In summary, it can be said here that I have already accompanied onOffice through several stages of development and that the software is characterized by constant improvements in recent years. The focus here is always on making our everyday work easier for us real estate agents, so that we have time for personal talks with our customers. All in all, the onOffice enterprise software is a real added value in my everyday office life.

- Online availability: You don’t need to download a program

Negative: Possibly the long waiting times in the support line are to be mentioned here, but these show on the other hand that a lot of time is taken for the individual problems of the clients.

Summary: onOffice is a software that my colleagues and I use on a daily basis and we don’t want to miss anymore in our office.

Negative: - design could use an update
- sometimes the loading times are quite long

Summary: I don't have many comparisons, but I find it very convenient to have everything in one system. I know people who use 5-7 programs to do their work, so you lose track. onOffice enterprise is a bit outdated in design, but functionally up to date. I'm very happy with it and I'm looking forward to what's to come.

Summary: We are satisfied with onOffice and use many of the features. That is also the big plus of the software: almost everything is covered. All in all, a recommendable product, but the user first has to deal with it extensively.
