Description
LionRapid is a comprehensive translation and localization platform based in the EU that consolidates all functionalities into a single interface. It boasts a CAT editor equipped with translation memory, a termbase, and machine translation that ensures entity protection; along with a quality assurance system that allows for inspection of approximately 20 real-time language checks, in addition to structural checks that compare the reconstructed file against the original in formats like DOCX, XLSX, PPTX, and ODF. Furthermore, it offers reproducible quoting where the CAT-band calculations yield consistent results, a project workflow that features ranked assignment offers, various stages, and quality assurance gates, as well as a Subtitle Studio for SRT/VTT with the capability of video re-encoding. Additionally, there is a localization API supported by a JavaScript SDK and an edge proxy that provides translated content for your website. The platform also supports round-tripping for XLIFF, TMX, and TBX files with existing tools, showcasing its versatility and compatibility. LionRapid is developed and hosted within the EU (specifically in Azure West Europe) and is managed by Logoteknia Oy, a company based in Finland. With its extensive features, it is designed to streamline the entire translation process efficiently.
