    Summary: My company has the individual plan, which is affordable and fits our need of having only one language translated. It has been good for our site visitors, we can see them using it.

    Positive: Found it very easy to use and maintain, although our website code is locked down so I had to get IT to add it to individual US pages on our worldwide site.

    Negative: Usage tracking is minimal (individual plan). There's rolling 30-day total that changes daily. I manually go in every day to grab the number, which I then add to my Excel doc.

    Easy to use and set up, even for a non-tech person

    Summary: Very pleased all around. The widget on our website works simply and clearly, easy used by website visitors.

    Positive: We needed what we thought was a simple, low-cost solution to provide American Spanish translation of our American English web pages. I researched a lot of companies but Localize came to be the sole option, given our limited resources. It is near impossible to find non-Spain Spanish auto translation. We bought the cheapest plan and it has been good. Translations happen quickly; no need to individually feed every changed sentence through to a person, which I dreaded. It's just me and the website. Of course, AI doesn't match the quality of human translations, but, for our needs, this is currently acceptable.

    I have contacted Support a number of times and their responses are quick, usually within the hour, and stated simply, so that someone like me can understand and learn.

    Negative: 1) On the cheapest plan, statistics are minimal: only number of page views. The number changes daily, reflecting the previous 30-days of page views, so I track it manually. 2) I am always moving Archived stuff back into Published. I wish it stayed Published. 3) Translating a page does not affect the page URL. Something to keep in mind if you need an ad to link to a translated "page". Or wish to track usage.

    Summary: I really enjoy using the tool compared to what I had used before. As someone who uses this every day, it means a lot to me!

    Positive: They were able to help me resolve my issue very quickly and were easy to communicate with. The tool is easy to use as well.

    Negative: I had a hard time ramping up, but once I learned how everything worked, it was great!

    Excellent Product, Even Better Support

    Summary: Localize is a great option to translate your app or site into multiple languages. It is fairly easy to setup but does have some tricky parts if you don't know what you're doing. But what really sets Localize apart is their commitment to their customers. They are proactive in their outreach that is specialized to our instance. We have had several sessions with our customer success representative who is fantastic. She comes to the meeting prepared with suggestions on how to improve our translations and even to setup automation to save us time in the long wrong. Her trainings on the platform has helped us immensely. She also always points us in the right direction with easy to follow documentation.

    Positive: Fairly easy to setup. Great option to offer multiple languages on your site / app. Customer success team is amazing. Strong product documentation. Robust features to help automate translations or phrases that repeat. The email alerts for phrase approval is also helpful.

    Negative: While it is fairly easy to setup, there are some confusing components that can be overwhelming at first to people that are non-technical.
