Description

Clipdiary keeps track of your clipboard activities by automatically storing its entries in a history log. As you copy and paste various types of data, the standard Windows clipboard updates, often leading to the loss of previous information when the computer is shut down or when new data is copied. While this may not usually pose a problem, have you ever found yourself needing to retrieve text you copied just half an hour or an hour earlier? Perhaps your system was malfunctioning and the application you were using failed to save your work, or you may have copied intriguing information from a website but got sidetracked and forgot to paste it where intended. Additionally, there may be instances where you might want to revisit what you were working on a month or even a year ago. With so many situations where accessing your clipboard history could be beneficial, Clipdiary serves as a practical solution for managing your copied content.

Description

Zmina transcends the typical clipboard manager by actively processing your pasted content. By pressing ⌘⇧V instead of the usual ⌘V, Zmina assesses both the content you copied and the application or website into which you are pasting it, subsequently presenting you with a concise array of actions tailored to your needs—such as eliminating tracking codes from URLs, formatting code for chat, redacting sensitive information from logs prior to submission in a bug report, or converting CSV data into a Markdown table. You can select one action or combine several, preview the changes, and then execute the paste seamlessly. Additionally, Zmina maintains a searchable archive of all your copied items, categorized by type and enhanced with features like syntax highlighting and various filters such as type:json, has:secret, or when:week. It also displays the contents of copied files, marks secrets for safety, and ignores entries from password managers to ensure security. With no reliance on AI, Zmina operates through straightforward detectors and rules for immediate response. Importantly, none of your copied data is transmitted off your Mac, ensuring privacy and security, with no need for an account or telemetry. It's available for a one-time purchase, granting a lifetime license and a 14-day free trial, all crafted in Rust with Tauri, and is compatible with macOS 14 or newer. This level of functionality makes Zmina an indispensable tool for anyone looking to enhance their productivity without compromising their data security.
