Clients can submit their plan sets and specifications, which the service then evaluates to generate precise measurements for various low-slope roofing systems such as TPO, PVC, EPDM, modified bitumen, and built-up roofs, as well as components like insulation, tapered assemblies, parapets, edge metal, drains, curbs, and penetrations. Each takeoff is meticulously reviewed by a roofing expert before being delivered in a workbook format that not only references the original drawings but also includes a register for open questions (RFI). Typically, customers receive their completed takeoff within 48 hours.
