BidScreen XL Description
BidScreen XL is an Excel add-in that allows you to takeoff electronic plans in Microsoft Excel. BidScreen XL offers an excellent audit trail and automates the tedious takeoff process. It's easy to takeoff: just click on a cell in a spreadsheet and measure, count, and identify areas from your digital drawings. The Excel workbook saves the measurements and color-coded takeoff drawings and can be edited and printed. You can also apply colors, count symbols and line styles to your drawings. You will also find sample estimating Excel templates for general contractors, concrete, roofing and painting. Uses DWG vector and PDF files. To get exact measurements, snap layers to the object and isolate them. With a single click, you can open multiple quantity takeoff files and multiple pages in a file.

SiteWorx/OS
Vertigraph develops quantity takeoff software used for developing the estimate for commercial construction activities. Most of our customers create the estimate (which is applying costs to the quantities) using Microsoft Excel.
SiteWorx/OS creates 3D models of the existing and proposed site based on elevations obtained from PDF and/or AutoCAD DWG files. The volumes and locations of cuts and fills are calculated from these 3D models. AutoCAD files are also provided that have elevation and positioning data that are used for machine control.
BidScreen XL, our other application, provides simple measuring from PDF and AutoCAD files directly in Excel. The color-coded takeoff is saved with the Excel cell and workbook. No need to flop back and forth between Excel and a different takeoff application. With BidScreen XL everything is done in Excel. Excel functions and formulas provide further calculations to the measurement and Excel also organizes the takeoff and estimate.
Both of our programs are easy to use, affordable and unmatched in its performance. Satisfaction is guaranteed. Please call 214-340-9436.

PRTG Catches Network Issues Before They Cause Downtime
Reactive troubleshooting usually means hearing about a problem from frustrated users, not your monitoring tool. PRTG sets threshold-based alerts across devices, servers and applications, notifying your team by email, SMS or push the moment a metric crosses a set limit. That means catching a failing disk or overloaded server before it becomes an outage and getting time back from firefighting. Start a free trial and set your first alerts today.
