The system also includes table-driven categories for products, sales stages, causes of loss, and more. Opportunities can be updated either individually by account or in bulk. Campaigns are structured by both corporate guidelines and individual sales representatives. Each campaign can incorporate various activity steps that are triggered by specific dates or events, and all contacts and accounts can be part of multiple campaign lists.
