    “A great cloud CRM for Sage”

    Summary: A great CRM that is upmost user friendly, dead easy to use, without any upfront scoping or implementation fees and that my teams love to use.

    Positive: Our business uses Sage 200 for accounting so we previously had Sage CRM installed. Our sales team didn't use it much, arguing it was too complicated and not user friendly. Xapsys CRM was the only CRM we could find that fully integrated with Sage 200 so we gave it a go. Starting at £ 20/user/month, the pricing was attractive and, since the software was designed with end-users, the onboarding was incredibly easy and fast. The user interface is pleasant and optimized to get things done much faster than with the previous CRM, meaning the sales team can process sales documents in CRM before they are synched back to the Sage. The unlimited dashboards and widgets built-in BI allowed us to have real time visibility of our business´ KPIs, giving us a real time 360deg view of how the business is doing. Thanks to its cloud nature, the system is constantly getting better and better as the developing team releases weekly updates with functionality enhancements. Would also vow for their great and responsive customer support.

    Negative: No native email marketing integration but since Xapsys CRM integrates with Zapier, one can easily choose from 200+ email marketing applications.

    “A great CRM my sales teams love to use ”

    Summary: We are now more efficient with stronger sales data and reduced Sage license costs.

    Reasons for Choosing Xapsys CRM: More customised to our needs at a fraction of the cost.
    Reasons for Switching to Xapsys CRM: Sage CRM was slow and required large costs for user seats as well as adding to our costs every time we needed to upgrade our Sage 200 system.

    Positive: We migrated from Sage CRM to Xapsys CRM (without loosing any data) because it was not being used by some sales people of our company. They found the system cumbersome to work with and thought it was taking too much of their valuable "selling time". Because of its simplicity and clean user interface, we now have a system everybody is happy to use. That means we have better data and a real time visibility on the sales forecast. Xapsys CRM is very fast so we also saved on admin time and reduced repeated entries since it integrates seamlessly with our Sage 200 accounting system. We particularly liked the business intelligence capabilities of the system as it has allowed us to create widgets and dashboards that report on any key performance indicator our business needs to monitor. Support is great too.

    Negative: A mobile App could be good but being web based and responsive, we have no problem using Xapsys CRM on mobiles.
