Description
Kimoby is an innovative Service Lane Operating System designed specifically for the service departments of automotive dealerships. This platform streamlines a wide range of functions, including two-way texting, inspections, AI-generated estimates with customer approval in a single tap, digital estimates, mobile payments, payment terminals for in-person transactions, management of loaner fleets, a Voice AI agent for handling missed calls, customer satisfaction follow-ups, and marketing campaigns.
Furthermore, Kimoby seamlessly integrates with various systems such as CDK (with write-back capabilities), Reynolds and Reynolds, PBS, Tekion, DealerTrack, Autosoft, Serti, Dealer Vu, and Quorum, ensuring that any customer approval or payment is automatically recorded in the DMS repair order.
Currently, more than 1,000 dealerships in both the United States and Canada utilize Kimoby, which has been recognized as an approved vendor by the BMW Activities Fund and features exclusive integration with the myBMW app. It is also certified by VW eConnect and CMC, and qualifies under the Ford Commitment Program.
