Description
Web-based solutions for managing information in law enforcement settings are becoming increasingly essential. The ACISS Web Automated Records Management System (ARMS) serves as a comprehensive records management solution, offering complete incident-based reporting along with electronic validation and reporting for UCR and NIBRS. This system can seamlessly integrate with a variety of existing Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) systems and includes features that are standard across all ACISS web modules. Built upon our Case Management and Intelligence Reporting capabilities, ARMS equips users with essential tools for information gathering, management, and distribution. By utilizing this central repository, law enforcement personnel can access a thorough understanding of the individuals they encounter, along with their backgrounds, in real-time, which significantly enhances operational efficiency, effectiveness, and, most importantly, officer safety. The system also supports fully automated validation for UCR/NIBRS and facilitates electronic submissions, accommodating multiple subjects, charges, and arrest locations with ease. Overall, ARMS represents a pivotal advancement in law enforcement record-keeping and data management.
Description
Web-based solutions for managing information in law enforcement settings are available through ACISS TAP, which seamlessly connects with leading dialed number recorders and equipment to deliver an extensive analysis of various communication forms, including telephone calls, text messages, and emails. It also features an integrated word processor that allows for the creation of fully searchable transcripts for each call record. Additionally, Title III call audio is efficiently compressed and linked to call records in real-time, enabling authorized investigators to access both data and listen to the corresponding calls just moments after their completion, regardless of location. The TAP module further aids investigators by addressing legal requirements, enhancing security, and streamlining reporting associated with wire information, resulting in significant reductions in both resource expenditure and investigation costs. Moreover, the process of automating subscriber imports through telecom subpoenas and commercial data providers simplifies the workflow for law enforcement agencies. This innovative approach not only improves efficiency but also ensures a higher level of accuracy in managing sensitive communications.
