    Summary: Working with the operations and support team that seems to juggling many projects has impacted the quality of the overall system.

    Positive: The sales pitch presented to us on features was amazing. The ticket issuance system is stable. The ticket payment portal is very user friendly.

    Negative: Support is awful, and they cannot take care of our expanding parking needs. We invested in a company where we believed we can scale our parking initiatives. The back-office system is very fragile and not user friendly.
