This web-based solution, compatible with Amazon Connect, Five9, Genesys Cloud CX, NICE CXone and Webex Contact Center, allows you to display real-time data on large screens in contact centres (wallboards), as well as directly on the computers of supervisors, agents, and even on mobile devices for executives (dashboards). Visual alerts (color changes, blinking), and audible alerts (one time, repetitive) based on your thresholds can be set up and changed easily.
