While reviewing the Boston.com web site complaining about traffic during this weeks Democratic National Convention, I came across this little Gem "We've outfitted them with GPS trackers" said James Eng, director of construction for Greenbush. ''We know exactly where they are going to cross.'' What I want to know is- what do they do when the baby turtles hatch ?
