Thank you for finally dropping the exim4 dep in favor of procmail. about damned time. It's best not to install a full-featured MTA if the user doesn't need it.

  • Postfix since forever? Exim was what Debian provided, early as 99 and maybe before. When I went Ubu in 2003, I rebuild mailer configs.

    • all I know is that I have repeatedly got exim. anyway postfix seems to do everything now so my accolades are inappropriate :)
