  • 1. Eat stuff your great-grandparents would recognize as food, instead of heavily packaged and advertised stuff.
    2. Beware health claims, especially in black or red 72-point font on the package. Don't mistake the silence of the yams for no health benefit.
    3. Avoid foods that have more than five ingredients you can't pronounce, or high frutcose corn syrup.
