That influences what kind of training I do, hence my focus on flexibility, endurance, and lots of reps working the arms, shoulders, abs, thighs, & ass...

So, Talinom, I have no idea if this has answered your question or if it gives you something to go on to find your own motivation. While they are pretty much the only realistic option for certain things like the weights I don't really understand crap like the treadmills or stationary bikes. If I'm going to run or walk or bike I'd much rather do it outside, even if the weather sucks.
Now the idea of being able to watch TV while exercising has some appeal (since it is rather hard to read or surf the net while using a treadmill or elliptical) but in every gym I've ever been
