    • No... more than *looking* good nekkid, I'm aiming to *be* good nekkid.

      That influences what kind of training I do, hence my focus on flexibility, endurance, and lots of reps working the arms, shoulders, abs, thighs, & ass...

      Really. Tuxette trains to be able to kick the ass of every living thing on the planet... Every morning I train to fuck good. That about sums it up.

  • That's about where the wife and I were before we started. Our days were busy (me at work, her managing domestic affairs), and once I got home from work, it was just dinner and evening time with the kids. Since our 3-year old rarely goes to bed at the same time as the twins, by the time they're all asleep (often 9:00 or later), we just wanted to veg-out and watch a show or two or read for a while before going to bed. It was a lousy routine that saw us morph into a chubby, exhausted couple.

    Personally I can't stand gyms ... nothing to do with the exercise.

    While they are pretty much the only realistic option for certain things like the weights I don't really understand crap like the treadmills or stationary bikes. If I'm going to run or walk or bike I'd much rather do it outside, even if the weather sucks.

    Now the idea of being able to watch TV while exercising has some appeal (since it is rather hard to read or surf the net while using a treadmill or elliptical) but in every gym I've ever been
