  • I thought this whole Snakes on a Plane thing was some kind of farce on the movie industry. And they got Samuel Jackson to play in it? He must owe someone some favors.
    • Get to play in it? He's the genius behind it! Even Hollywood thought it was a bit much and considered naming it only Flight 1138 or something but Sam Jack said (straight from his mouth in an interview in Premier Magazine) that "Hell no! You GOTTA call it SoaP! The people who are afraid of snakes are excited, the people who are afraid of planes are excited and the people who are afraid of snakes AND planes are insane!" He then convinced them to go back and reshoot scenes with MORE SNAKES!!
