  • Chacham has a whole lot of friends!

I grabbed this thing from nmb3000 at the beginning of the month. It stagnates. Chacham decides to put it up and there are at least three people who copied it almost immediately. I'm impressed, man! :)

      Thanx. :)

I don't think its always the number of friends. Perhaps it's the attitude taken when reading their journal.

If enough people consider me a fool, they'll read my JE's with hearts full of jolly, and by golly, they might just pick up on it. :P

Oh, and thanx for posting it first. Heh.

      • Yeah, sorry it's so old. I'm just having fun tracking it's progress. :) Look at your friend/fan list, see if anyone has a journal entry on/around the 17th. Look at their friend/fan list, see if anyone has a journal entry on/around the 17th. Look at ... :)

And people are posting in your honor [slashdot.org], so it has something to do with your reputation. :)

I'm also interested to see if arb [slashdot.org] will pick it back up. He's where my back-tracing ended [slashdot.org], but he's a friend of trmj [slashdot.org] who posted it again [slashdot.org].

This [slashdot.org] is great, too (foun

Heh. I'd hardly call that "honor" though. :)

And i only counted four. I'm honored from *that*, though its really not too much.
          • Well, I can see why you'd only notice four. However, here's what I dug up while bored at work: Page 23 [mo-betta.com].

It was awfully hard to post this comment. Evidently I have less than X characters per line, because HTML is not cool enough to be counted. You must have more than 37.1 (the last time I noticed the actual number), apparently. It must be some sort of anti-spamming measure, but it seems a tad ridiculous to me. I mean, if I just spam one letter for awhile it'll be plenty of characters per line ... Anyway, I

Wow, thanx for that. I had no idea. :)

If you could (via perl or something), you should probably go back to the source as noted, and follow it all the way through. That'd be kewl to see.

BTW, the limit, i've run into that before [slashdot.org].
