  • for the entire front end, and the black and red paint scheme, I don't think it looks too bad. Someone there must of be boozed up and watching anime when they decided to do this one.

Definitely must be a car for those gusy that suffer from SPS.

      Yes.

    • You know what it's about? It's about style. Style -- the look unique to cars made by this or that company -- was something that got lost in the globalization craze, with big motor companies merging and starting to use the same platforms for their cars. Seats started looking like Volkswagens, Citroens like Renaults, and so on -- and of course all new cars, no matter where they were made, started to look like cheap Japanese cars.

But now, everyone's suddenly realized that the buyers don't want a car that loo

    • The Chrysler 300/Dodge Magnum, the Honda Element, Pontiac Aztec, and that fridge made by Scion pushes this thing a distant fifth.

The Pontiac Aztek is by far the ugliest car on the road today. I have absolutely no idea why someone would buy a car that ugly.

Runners up are the Hummer H2, and Chevy Avalanche.

Makes you wonder what the heck they put in the water at the GM design studios.
      • I respectfully disagree and cast my vote for the Scion fridge. What a fugly box.
        • At least they don't glue plastic on the thing in order to make it uglier like the GM atrocities.

I guess I'm one of those weirdos who doesn't find the Scion box all that offensive in the first place (the Honda Element is far worse).

No one remembers the ugly cars.

Any ugly car list should have:
      Pinto
      Edsel
      Classic Beetles
      Any Saab ever

  • And the tech that goes into the W-16 in that thing is pretty neat. Worth $1M? No. But neat nonetheless.
    • I once had a lot of time on my hands and browser through a lot of stuff on the "howstuffworks" website. Back then I found How the Bugatti Veyron Works [howstuffworks.com] Quite an interesting read. I don't find it that ugly, btw... If it came in all black, it would make a nice batmobile. No, it's really only the front that looks a bit odd, but that's because they wanted to give it a typical "Bugatti" snout. When was the last Bugatti produced? A very long time ago... That's the reason it looks odd on a modern looking s
