So, am I going to get a knock at the door from the RCMP like this poster hopes?

You have no right to subvert the law in this case, and I sincerely hope you get charged for subverting a Justice's edict.

It would be interesting ...

Yeah, I know ... soap on a rope, find the biggest, meanest-looking dude and punch him in the face first, act crazy (or crazier than usual, any way), etc...

"Justice's edict." - must be from Ontari-ari-ari-o. Most of us just call 'em "judges".

Ontario (which together with Quebec control pretty much the entire country) are 'Blue' or the liberal voting provinces but Liberals are red in colour. Canada is a little more unique in that we have multiple parties though. We have the NDP which is a left-leaning party, and there's the Bloc Quebecois but I never know anything about them because they'r

Well, the last few elections, Quebec has been majority Bloc they now have something like 54 out of 75 seats, and are probably going to increase that beyond 60 in the next election.

Also, if the Liberals implode the way the post-Mulroney Conservatives did, that leaves a lot of seats for the NDP and the Conservatives to split up (the last election was marked by a lot of scare tactics on the part of the Liberals - along the lines that if you voted NDP, you were helping elect the COnservatives.
