These bastards keep dossiers full of errors on all of us that we can't see, control, or correct.

You are way worse off than either of those two. You have to contend the the now-valid line that will exist in your data report that says that your identity is at extremely high risk for identity theft.

Is that the people who are willing to attack it are more interested in stealing their data from them than destroying it.

All it would take to put an end to their nonsense is one simple attack with a well-hidden, timed worm and the entire system could be drowned in falsified data simply by rapidly mixing up all the records. The data could be so badly mangled that it would cost them so much money to fix that it wouldn't be worth the time and effort. They'd be a doomed company with completely worthless, random

You're assuming that's not what's going on right now. Maybe all the shit data in there is due to their data being slowly poisoned by some worm.

By the time it's done, their backups will all be bad too.
