  • You are way worse off than either of those two. You have to contend the the now-valid line that will exist in your data report that says that your identity is at extremely high risk for identity theft.

    I hope you stick it to them for all it's worth, with the class action suit.

  • Is that the people who are willing to attack it are more interested in stealing their data from them than destroying it.

    All it would take to put an end to their nonsense is one simple attack with a well-hidden, timed worm and the entire system could be drowned in falsified data simply by rapidly mixing up all the records. The data could be so badly mangled that it would cost them so much money to fix that it wouldn't be worth the time and effort. They'd be a doomed company with completely worthless, random
