Chinese special envoy visited North Korea. Condoleezza Rice and South Korea and Japan counterpart met in South Korea recently to confirm their cooperative action. Here only lies just a very narrow strait between these countries. I hope their mutual differences also narrower.

For many years strait was a long distance between people who live there. Now it has little to do with our differences.
