If you accept both lulzsec = gov and lulzsec = lamo* as given, yes, it makes perfect sense. I'll be a little disappointed if it's true. They're so cartoonish and absurd that if they are truly G it will only corroborate my lack of faith in 1) the US government and 2) hacker culture, such as it is. Still, this is developing out of conspiracy theory and into allegation and maybe fact; it's exciting to imagine real legislative change resulting from proof, if it ever surfaces.

*I am also very into grammar and conventions and therefore refuse to accord either lulzsec or lamo the dignity of capitalization.
